Entranceway and Driveway Makeover
With renovations completed to this home’s structure, the owners decided to extend their renovations to their driveway: replacing concrete walls, the landscaping overgrowth and stairs leading to their front entrance as seen in the before photo above.
New retaining walls made of Colonial Grey Wall Stone were built enhancing the driveway entrance and sloped frontage to their property. A planter between the wall and front steps was designed for future landscaping. With an expanded parking area, an oil and pea stone driveway was installed.
Due to the elevation to their front entrance, twenty-two steps were built using Colonial Grey Treads and stone sides. Paver landings matched the stairs using the Renaissance Collection Pavers in Toffee/Onyx and Ruby/Onyx blends selected by the customer. A walkway, similar to the landings, was installed from the front door to the left gable end of the home.
Landscaping to complete the home’s appeal is presently being designed.
