We currently in the Process of Building a 1344 sq ft Barn
Construction of this barn began after finalizing the design for its’ multi-purpose use with our customer. The barn will serve as a storage area, recreational/vehicle parking and an area for future entertaining. The attached shed will provide a specific location for lawn care and gardening equipment.
The construction of the 30 foot x 40 foot garage, with a 12 foot x 12 foot attached shed, is being built using 2 x 4 construction, OSB sheathing with Tyvek weather shield and exterior siding made from rough cut pine for a weathered barn appearance. A metal roof will add to the rustic barn look. A perimeter of crushed stone will be placed around the building to deter dirt from splashing up on the exterior of the structure.
A frost fee hydrant will be installed to run water over to the new building. To enjoy the mountain views, a slider and double hung windows are also being installed.
For an authentic look to the barn, stone will be veneered to the concrete foundation on the front and left side of the barn. Black strap hardware on doors and for lighting will accent the exterior.
