From timber to Goshen Stone, the natural beauty of stone and colorful landscaped plantings transforms the appearance to the front exterior of this home.
A crew from Hartley Bros. Landscaping, Westfield, MA removed the overgrown shrubs, plants and old timber walls as well as lowering the grade by several inches to the sides of the stairs. The landscape artwork began by splitting the planting bed on the right into two Goshen Stone planters so the wall would not be too tall across the front of the home. The plantings selected were based on the customers’ color palette of red, white, lavender and pink. The raised planting beds include Visions in Red Astilbe, NH Purple Geranium, Red Vein Enkianthus, and a Bloodgood Japanese Maple with a variety of other plants. A new Goshen Stone Flagging walkway was installed by the Hartley Bros. Landscaping crew leading from the front entrance to the customer’s driveway. As a result of professional workmanship, listening to the customer and attention to details, Hartley Bros. Landscaping has earned the respect and appreciation from this satisfied and happy customer.
